Collect it once. Disclose it everywhere.

Stratum ESG gathers ESG data from every site and team, keeps the evidence attached, and maps each approved number to GRI, IFRS S1 and S2, ESRS, CDP, JSE, the BSE Sustainability Disclosure Guidance and the SASB standard for your industry. Your sustainability report and your auditor work from the same record.

Sign up in minutes. Our team reviews and approves every new workspace, usually within one business day.

From fuel slip to signed-off disclosure

Most ESG reports are assembled from emails and spreadsheets in the last three weeks before the deadline. Stratum ESG runs the same work as a steady process through the year.

Step 1

Assign

Give every metric an owner at every site. Stratum ESG reminds them when the period opens and when it's about to close.

Step 2

Collect

Owners enter values in the unit they already use and attach the invoice, meter photo or HR export behind it.

Step 3

Review

Reviewers approve or send back each value with a comment. Every change is logged with who, when and why.

Step 4

Disclose

Approved values roll up into emissions, ratios and framework indexes. Lock the period and export for the report or the auditor.

One view of the whole reporting year

See what's in, what's waiting for review and which disclosures are still exposed, for every site and every framework you report against.

Emissions you can defend

Scope 1, 2 and 3 calculated from your activity data with versioned emission factors. Every tonne traces back to a value, a factor and a source document.

Sites and subsidiaries

Collect per site, roll up per entity, and choose an equity-share or operational-control boundary for each reporting year.

Exports that match the template

Framework content indexes, indicator tables in CSV, and a full audit trail your assurance provider can work through without a single email.

Built for groups, subsidiaries and their advisers

Each organisation in Stratum ESG is its own workspace with its own data, people and factors. Your admin invites colleagues and decides what each person can do. A holding company can run several workspaces, and a consultancy can run one per client without ever mixing records.

Your bourse decides your reporting guide

04

Distribution partners

ESG consultancies onboard their clients and earn 2.5% to 7.5% of each client's monthly billing, with their own dashboard, tax invoices and statement.

Your numbers stay yours

ESG data often includes payroll, incidents and supplier spend. Stratum ESG treats it with the same care as your financial records.

Isolation in the database

Every row carries its organisation, and the database itself refuses queries across workspaces. Isolation doesn't depend on application code getting it right.

A complete audit trail

Creates, edits, approvals and deletions are recorded with the before and after value. The log can't be edited by anyone, including admins.

Locked periods

Once a reporting period is locked, its values and evidence are frozen. Restatements happen in the open, with a reason.

Approved workspaces only

Anyone can sign up, but a workspace only goes live after the Stratum ESG team has verified the organisation behind it.

Choose your region

Host in the region your data protection rules require, including the EU.

Three checks for every document

Uploading evidence needs your sign-in, a code from your authenticator app and a one-time code sent by email. The database refuses uploads without all three.

Pay for the days you're live and the clicks you make

Every plan pays P100 a day for SLA and hosting and one token, P0.10, per click. Plans differ in how many sites, frameworks and organisations you run.

Questions teams ask before switching

We already report in spreadsheets. How long does it take to move?

Most companies are collecting in Stratum ESG within two weeks. Import last year's figures from a spreadsheet so your first report has a comparison year from day one.

What happens after we sign up?

You describe your organisation and choose your SASB sector and industry. Our team checks the details and approves the workspace, usually within one business day. Your admin then invites colleagues and you start collecting data.

Can we report against frameworks we haven't adopted yet?

Yes. Switch a framework on and Stratum ESG shows which of its disclosures your existing data already covers and which metrics you still need to collect.

Where do the emission factors come from?

Stratum ESG ships with published default factors and you can add your own, for example a national grid factor or one your auditor specifies. Each factor carries its source and year, and changing one never silently rewrites a locked period.

How does token billing work?

One token costs P0.10 and every click in Stratum ESG uses one. SLA and hosting is P100 a day per organisation, taken as 1,000 tokens. You prepay tokens by EFT and see your balance, daily usage and runway on the billing page.

Does Stratum ESG replace our assurance provider?

No. It gives your assurance provider read-only access to approved values, the evidence behind them and the full change history, which usually shortens fieldwork considerably.

Start this year's report with last year's already in.
